Cancel in Manage billing & cancellation; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access ends when that paid period ends. A failed renewal does not extend access. Full refunds revoke the refunded access; contact info@english1up.com for billing help or a refund request. Any applicable tax and final total are shown before payment. Imported historical memberships retain their verified terms and are never automatically moved to this price.

Earn $3 USD credit toward future English1Up membership invoices for each new customer you refer who completes their first successful full-price $3 USD monthly membership payment after signing up with your referral. Four qualifying referrals earn four free months; there is no reward limit. The referred customer pays the normal membership price and receives no referral bonus. An eligible, genuinely paid English1Up monthly membership and correctly bound Stripe customer are required for the referrer.

Codes apply only when a new account is created. The first valid attribution is permanent. No self referrals, same Stripe customer, existing accounts, renewals, duplicate payments, free registration, zero payments, discounted payments, or payments to another business/account/price qualify. An ineligible first payment cannot be replaced by a later renewal. Email verification is not a condition of earning credit or managing a paid subscription; lessons and daily emails still require payment and email confirmation.

Credits have no cash value, are not refunds and do not change subscription trials. Stripe applies credits to future membership invoices. Refunds (including partial refunds) and disputes invalidate the reward. Unused credit is reversed safely; consumed or mixed credits and uncertain adjustments need billing review and never trigger an arbitrary new charge. Counts may show pending, ineligible, uncertain or reversal review until reconciled. Referral links identify an opaque code, and member outcomes never reveal a friend’s email or identity.

We store your email, a password hash, membership status, email preference, referral attribution and billing-credit records, and essential account records. Stripe handles payment details; we do not store card numbers. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We use no advertising trackers or external fonts.

Daily lesson email is optional and starts only with your consent, a confirmed email and an eligible paid membership. Transactional account emails are separate. Unsubscribing stops lesson email, not billing. Request account access, correction or deletion at info@english1up.com. Security rate-limit keys are hashed and expire within two days; token records are pruned seven days after expiry, minimal event records after 30 days, and mail deduplication records remain while needed to prevent repeat sends. Account and billing records are retained while needed for your membership and legal obligations; request deletion for review.
